A website that is proven to meet the WCAG-EM standards. Our WordPress websites can be used by everyone to the same extent.
Develop a digitally accessible website
The Accessibility Desk develops WordPress websites that fully comply with the success criteria of the WCAG. We build these websites in the corporate identity of the organisation, so they connect seamlessly with existing communication.
After delivery of the website we carry out a WCAG-EM Accessibility test. This means that the website immediately delivers an accessibility statement, officially establishing its accessibility.
We are accredited by the DDAI and work for organisations such as the Dutch government, Banks, Municipality of Amsterdam, Municipality of Rotterdam and RTL Netherlands.
Comply with Dutch and European legislation on digital accessibility.

Replace inaccessible website or develop new accessible website
Accessibility Desk offers accessible WordPress websites as an alternative to existing websites or as a completely new website. This way we are able to present existing content, pages and documents to the entire target group.
The advantage of these websites is twofold. Because we work with an existing CMS, less development is needed. In addition, after delivery the organisation is easily able to place content in an accessible way.
After the website has been delivered, we carry out a WCAG-EM accessibility test. This test results in an accessibility statement in which the status of accessibility is officially recorded.
We work for
What we do
We want to make a sustainable contribution to the digital accessibility of digital products. This means not only carrying out accessibility studies based on the WCAG-EM, but also, for example, providing awareness training.
